Eligibility

Investment Terms & Risk Disclosure

All investment and revenue-sharing arrangements with TriVenture Group are subject to a separate written Agreement duly signed by both parties. The following general terms apply:

- Returns: Projected annual returns (20–40% across verticals) are estimates based on current operational data. Actual returns may vary due to market conditions, production variables, or force majeure events.
- Exit Options: Exit terms, lock-in periods, and buyback conditions will be specified in the individual Investment Agreement. There is no universal exit guarantee unless contractually stated.
- Dispute Resolution: Investment-related disputes will be resolved by mutual negotiation first, followed by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India), if required.
- Regulatory Compliance: TriVenture Group's investment programmes are structured as business partnerships and revenue-sharing arrangements. They do not constitute a collective investment scheme regulated by SEBI unless otherwise stated.
Disclaimer of Warranties
